Balloons return to Bristol for the first time this year

Balloons have returned to Bristol for the first time since last year and it is a welcome sight across our cities skies as Bristol slowly comes out of lockdown.

Bailey Balloons and MJ Ballooning have taken to Bristol’s skies this morning and have been spotted in areas including the Harbourside, Knowle and Temple Meads.

Hot air balloons have always been a welcome sight here in Bristol and people have been reacting positively across social media as some normality resumes in their lives.

It is believed that a total of three hot air balloons were launched into Bristol’s skies this morning as crews carried out a flight to test social distancing on board.
