E-scooter rider seriously injured after crash with parked car in Bristol

An e-scooter rider was left with serious injuries following a crash with a parked car in Avonmouth on Thursday, March 31.

The incident, which took place at around 9:30pm on Portway, off Catherine Street, left the female rider in need of hospital treatment. She has since been discharged, according to reports from Avon and Somerset Police.

Police are now appealing for dashcam footage and anyone who may have witnessed the collision and say that, at this stage it is unclear if another vehicle was involved but it is hoped anyone travelling in that area may be able to help with their enquiries.
