Eyewitnesses have described the moment a car with five people inside rolled several times after a high-speed crash in Bristol last night.
Local residents said it was a miracle no one was seriously hurt in the crash, which police are investigating.
One claimed the people involved all ran off from the scene – with the most badly hurt being dragged away through the window of the smashed up car.
The incident happened on Long Cross in Lawrence Weston at around 12.30am on Saturday night, into the first hour of Sunday morning.

Police have confirmed they have now identified some of the people in the car at the time of the crash, including some who were taken to hospital later.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police confirmed that, at this stage, no one has been arrested in connection with what happened.
One eye witness claimed the car was speeding along Long Cross, and hit a lamppost in the middle of the road.
“It veered across, narrowly missed a parked car and another couple of lampposts, and then mounted the kerb and flew into the air, rolled over a couple of times and landed,” said one local resident who saw the crash.

“I went straight to the scene while on the phone to 999. There were two girls screaming and crying, but were running off from the scene, same as two young lads,” he added.
A fifth person in the front passenger seat was left in the car, according to the eye-witness, who declined to be named publicly.
“There was one older man with his face covered in blood. I tried to assess him, when one of the blokes who left earlier came aggressively, pushed me away and told me to ‘f*** off’.
“He then dragged the passenger out of the car through the window and dragged him away,” he added.
The eye-witness, a local resident, said the same man came back shortly afterwards and searched the car, before police arrived.
“It was carnage really. I hope everyone is ok. They were very lucky. When I was running towards the car, I was sure that there would be life-threatening injuries. How they all walked off, I still can’t understand. If anyone was in the path of the vehicle, they would be dead,” he added.

“We were called at just after 12.30am to a road traffic collision on Long Cross in Lawrence Weston,” the spokesperson confirmed.
“One car was involved, which had flipped over, and five people were in the car. There have been people located, and we believe that there were five people in the car,” he added.
“If anyone has information about what happened, they should contact Avon and Somerset police on the 101 non-emergency number,” he added.
