Located just four miles from the city centre, this property has a guide price of £110,000, but is described as being in need of “complete modernisation” .
“But offers scope for a fine home or investment in this sought after location with a large rear garden,” according to the listing on property website Zoopla .
The Freehold, end of terrace house, is currently being cleared out before going up for auction with Hollis Morgan later this month.

Irving Close, Staple Hill
It’s close to the Bristol to Bath cycle track and Staple Hill high street is just only a short walk away, there are also various nearby schools such as Staple Hill Primary School and The Tynings School.
The property has two bedrooms, a spacious garden and a modern kitchen diner, there is one off-street parking space, side access to the property and also a good-sized rear garden with a lawn and patio.

St Bernards Road, Shirehampton
This three-bedroom semi might need some work, but it’s caught a lot of people’s attention.
It was the most-viewed property on Zoopla last month , with many people likely hoping to snap up this bargain.
The average property on the road sells for £240,000 – so there’s room for profit to be made.
The semi on St Bernards Road will be going under the hammer with Hollis Morgan Auction on September 25 at All Saints Church, Clifton.
