A document posted on Bristol Live on Tuesday, December 21, reported a new death in HMP Time-consuming Lartin of a prisoner enquired Lee James.
The article wrongly reported aware about was the Bristol man who was jailed in 2013 into the murder of Bijan Ebrahimi.
In fact , the Lee David who died last week was a different man, and Bristol Live would like to apologise totally to the families of both Mr. James and Mr Ebrahimi for any upset caused.
