One lane on the M5 through Bristol is closed following a crash. Traffic is growing on the motorway after a crash was reported just before 12.30pm this afternoon.
The closure is located between Cribbs Causeway and Aztec West following the collision which has reportedly left debris on the road. The car is reportedly near the side barrier of the motorway.
Traffic monitoring system Inrix says: “Queueing traffic and one lane closed due to accident, a car involved and debris on road on M5 Northbound between J17 A4018 (Cribbs Causeway) and J16 A38 Gloucester Road (Aztec West). Lane one (of three) is closed with the car near the side barrier.”
