A pothole on the M4 has been forcing drivers to move into a different lane.
The road surface broke up on lane one of the westbound side of the M4 on the Prince of Wales Bridge – the second Severn Crossing – blocking one lane.
Traffic service Inrix reported the incident happened at around 6pm tonight, Monday June 6.
Inrix reported: “One lane blocked due to a pothole in the road on M4 Prince of Wales Bridge Westbound between junction 22 for the M49 and junction 23 for the M48” in South Wales.
Inrix added that: “Traffic is coping well. Cameras show traffic is avoiding lane one” of the three lanes on the bridge.
