A lane has been closed on the M5 near Taunton this morning (Monday, May 23) following a collision.
According to an update on traffic reporting site Inrix, one of three southbound lanes is closed between junction 25 A358 (Taunton) and junction 26 A38 (Wellington).
It reported shortly before 6.20am: “One lane closed and slow traffic due to accident, two cars involved.” According to National Highways, the incident is expected to clear between 07:30 and 07:45 and traffic will return to normal.
Traffic is currently coping well according to cameras.
