There are delays on the M5 after an incident involving multiple vehicles.
Lane one of three is currently closed on the M5 northbound between junction 9 A46 (Tewkesbury) and junction 8 M50 following the incident. Multiple vehicles are now currently on the hard shoulder.
Traffic was initially held at around 6.55pm but two lanes have since reopened following the incident.

Motorists are experiencing delays of 10-15 minutes to pass the incident this evening.
Elsewhere on the M5, one lane is closed on the southbound carriageway between junction 14 B4509 (Thornbury / Falfield) to junction 15 M4 J20 (Almondsbury Interchange) following an accident.
Queues of traffic have also been reported on that carriageway.
