A sex offender has no longer present from a South Gloucestershire prison.
Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing him but have urged people not to approach him.
Ronan Korby, also known as Lee Watersworth was last seen at 10am on Friday, May 31 in West Street, Bristol.
Police say he was in the city on a work placement but has failed to return to HMP Leyhill where he is serving a sentence for sexual offences.
He is described as a white man aged 50, around 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build.
He was wearing a black jacket and jeans ands has a tattoo of a sun and eagle on his right forearm.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police said: “If you do spot him, do not approach him however it call 999 immediately, quoting reading 5219120912.
“If you can have any other information which could help police officers trace him you can get in touch along www.avonandsomerset.police.uk/contact or by calling one particular, quoting the same reference.
