SOUTHINGTON – A Southington man facial looks felony charges for allegedly offering up Fentanyl in town.
Michael Barracliff, 53, was detained Wednesday and charged with a number of counts each of sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a protected substance and one count of wardrobe with intent to sell and own less than a half ounce of medical marijuana.
Police said customers pulled him over on a kleinkraftrad on North Main Street regarding 2: 30 p. m. Having been found with 35 bags associated with suspected Fentanyl and 2 . seven grams of marijuana, police pronounced.
Barracliff was held all over custody overnight and arraigned Tuesday in Bristol Superior Court, so where prosecutors said he is known to court arrest to drive around Southington on his mofa, selling Fentanyl.
All of the arrest warrants in Barracliff’s scenarios have been ordered sealed. Police proclaimed the cases involved controlled spending of Fentanyl from Barracliff.
Prosecutors added that 6 of the charges against Barracliff hold a five-year minimum mandatory sentence in your essay. Court officials during the hearing recounted his prior criminal record includes third-degree robbery, assault on a police officer, dui, possession of marijuana and other offenses.
