SOUTHINGTON – A nearby man faces charges for allegedly struggling with police while officers appeared to be investigating the report of an invasion, aggression.

Jan Willicka, 61, refused to get out of a motor vehicle on June 2 after law enforcement agency pulled the vehicle over on Bracketted Vernon Road, police said Tuesday. Police said the 61-year-old must have been a passenger in the vehicle.

Officers had been called to the patch of 417 Prospect St . on the record that a man was striking communicate inside a gray Subaru, and that the lady was yelling for him to let her go.

Pursuing pulling the vehicle over, police expressed, Willicka refused to get out as tried to lock himself inside. Having been taken into custody after a rapid struggle, according to police.

No injuries were reported.

Police on Tuesday did not elaborate on the assault complaint and the findings.

Willicka facets charges of interfering with an guard and second-degree breach of calm. He is free on $1, thousand bond and was scheduled to arraigned Tuesday in Bristol Innovative Court.
