A Tesco store in Bristol city centre has closed temporarily because of a water leak.
The Tesco Express on Millennium Promenade by the harbourside was forced to shut its doors to customers this evening (January 27).
A spokesperson for the company confirmed it was because of a water leak.
Tesco’s website shows that the store was supposed to close at 11pm, but a video posted on Twitter at 5.46pm shows a steady stream of water dripping onto the aisles from the roof of the store.
It is not yet clear when the store will reopen.
