Firefighters were seen stationed outside the amphitheatre near theat around midday.
Pictures taken by a resident show fire vehicles at the scene as well as a police car present.

A spokesperson for the fire service has now confirmed that firefighters from two stations were carrying out turntable ladder training in the area.
Temple fire station said on Twitter: “Red Watch have been at the amphitheatre in Bristol, to complete some turntable ladder training with @AFRSBedminster.
“Not a bad day to do it either!”
