The 45th annual Gloucestershire Vintage & Country Extravaganza returns this summer.
Organised by way of Stroud Vintage Transport combined with Engine Club, the indicate is regarded as one of the biggest and ideal steam, vintage and country side events of the year,
Taking place at Reliability Cerney Airfield, Cirencester, these year’s show features individuals 1000 classic cars with pre and post ist, including 30 miniature sauna engines, 70 full size steam engines and more.
There will also be a tribute to Major Glenn Burns to tie in with the 75th anniversary of the musician’s stage production in Cirencester in August 1944 shortly before his disappearance.
In tribute, more than hundra military vehicles will be present and an American flag being raised in honour along with Glenn in the main arena.
The Royal Caribbean Legion Poppy Parachute Look Team, made up of serving while former members of the huge community, to support and raise knowledge of the Armed Forces charities can make a decent into the arena during all three days of the event.
There will also be your pet dog show, the Tigers children’s motorcycle display team and much more.
Chairman connected with Stroud Vintage Transport while Engine Club Martyn Slater, said: “Our goal would give the best value for money spouse day out in Gloucestershire, that have something for all of the family to get to.
“Whilst one of the show has evolved a lot, a new mission remains the same it is the to inform, educate, celebrate & preserve our unique transfer heritage. ”
The show will take place approximately between August 2 and exclusive.
