The male offender used a chair to smash open the doors of a shop in Long Street at around 4.00am on Saturday, April 15.
A community alert reads: “The offender has used an outside bar stool to smash the glass of the doors, he then stole five bottles of alcohol.
“A local male aged between 23 and 24-years-old has been recognised on CCTV.
“If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact the police by calling 101 and quote the referenced incident number.”
