Police have arrested a man they believe exposed himself to a dog walker in Cirencester.
It happened on February 20, at around 6.30pm on Baunton Lane.
A woman was walking her dog when a car pulled alongside with the window open and the driver asked her for directions to Cheltenham.
When the woman spoke to him, she realised he was exposing himself.
The distinctive car is described as possibly a small black Corsa or Renault with a red stripe across and over the bonnet.
The driver was sitting very low in the car seat and is described as having short dark hair, in his mid to late 20s and wearing glasses.
He spoke with a foreign accent.
The same car was reported as being seen on Bowling Green Road, Cirencester on February 25.
After Cotswolds Police put out a community alert, they had two new reports they believe to be linked. A third call, with a suspect sighted, lead to the arrest of a man they believe responsible.
