A helicopter and an air ambulance have been pictured near the scene just outside Cricklade.
Police say they are dealing with a road traffic collision on the B4040 near Blakehill Farm nature reserve.
The road is currently closed in both directions.

The B4040 starts at Old Sodbury and runs all the way to Cricklade through Malmesbury.
