Catalytic converter stolen from Honda CRV in Stroud

A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked at Stroud station.

Police are now seeking witnesses and are appealing for information following the theft from a red Honda CRV.

The theft was first noticed on February 16, but it could have happened in the few days beforehand.

Rust and metal fragments were found near the vehicle.

PCSO Steve Phillipson has issued a neighbourhood alert, asking those who used the car park at that time if they saw anything unusual which could be linked.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call 101, quoting incident 400 of 16/02/2022.
