Gloucestershire Constabulary have released a CCTV image of a man they want to talk to in connection with an incident that saw an ATM get damaged in Cirencester.
The incident took place in the early hours of the morning on Sunday, with police receiving a report that the ATM outside of Tesco on Farrell Close had been targeted.
In a statement, Gloucestershire Constabulary said: “Officers investigating an incident of criminal damage in Cirencester have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with this.
“Police received a report that an ATM machine had been damaged outside Tesco on Farrell Close during the early hours of Sunday 27 October.
“It was reported that a number of panels were ripped/pulled from the ATM at around 12.45am and that this resulted in it being unusable.
“Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now asking for the public’s help in identifying the man.
“If you recognise the man pictured or have any information about this incident please call 101 quoting incident 120 of 27 October.”
