A Cirencester chippie is celebrating after receiving a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
Malt and Anchor, now in its ninth year, received the award having earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.
Certificate of Excellence recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions located all over the world that are said to continually delivered a quality customer experience.
”Speaking on behalf of all the team here at Malt and Anchor, we take great pride in always striving to achieve the highest standards of quality and service,” said manager, Tim Collett.
”It is therefore enormously rewarding to hear that this has been acknowledged by our customers in their reviews.
“It makes all of our hard work that much more worthwhile to know people are enjoying what we do.”
Neela Pal, TripAdvisor vice president of brand, added: “TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2019 Certificate of Excellence, which for nearly a decade has celebrated businesses that have consistently received positive ratings from travellers and diners on the world’s largest travel platform.
“This recognition allows us to publicly recognise businesses that are actively taking into account customer feedback to help travellers confidently experience the most highly reviewed places to eat, stay and explore.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
