A CIRENCESTER man was caught speeding in a Audi.
Scott Stallard, aged 31, of Bathurst Road, Cirencester, exceeded a 30mph speed limit.
The incident took place on June 12 last year on the A40 Huntley to Ross-on-Wye road opposite Newent Lane.
Stallard’s case was dealt with at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 3.
He was handed a £440 fine and must pay £90 costs plus a £44 victim fund surcharge.
The total of £574 must be paid by Tuesday, January 17.
Stallard was also given four penalty points on his driving licence.
