Six new coronavirus deaths have been recorded at the Gloucestershire Hospitals Trust, the latest official figures show.
NHS England figures show 125 people had died in hospital at the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as of 5pm on Monday.
That was an increase of six compared to Sunday, when there were 119.
A week ago, there were 92 deaths.
The victims were among 719 deaths recorded across the South West.
Of 21 trusts within the region, the Gloucestershire Hospitals trust has the highest death toll.
Official figures show that 38 more cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Gloucestershire.
Public Health England figures show that 972 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am Tuesday morning in Gloucestershire, up from 934 the same time on Monday.
A week before, there were 701 cases.
Across the UK, 129,044 people had tested positive for coronavirus as of 9am on Tuesday, up from 124,743 at the same point on Monday, Department of Health and Social Care figures show.
In total, 397,670 people had been tested, and, as of 5pm on Monday, 17,337 had died.
