A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash near Stroud last night.
The man, in his late 30s, was riding a white pedal cycle when he crashed on the A46 at Pitchcombe at around 8.25pm.
He was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with a head and leg injury and remains in hospital at this time.
Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have been in the area at the time of the crash or anyone with dashcam footage.
They are also appealing to identify the drivers of a dark coloured Saab and a dark coloured VW Passat as they are believed to have been in the area at the time and may have witnessed what happened.
