EMERGENCY services were called to Selsley Common after a paragliding accident.

Great Western Air Ambulance, South Western Ambulance Service and Stroud Police attended the incident, which happened yesterday afternoon.

The injured person was taken to hospital where their current condition is unknown.

The British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association said that the lockdown measures which were eased on Wednesday (May 13) in England allow for gliders to pursue their hobby once again.
