Over my long time as a regular customer, I always found his family business to work on ‘Old School’ personal standards of courtesy, honesty, reliability, and helpfulness – from telephone ordering to truck-driver delivery.
What a contrast to an ever increasing number of ‘Internet’ based suppliers we are forced to deal with these days, inter-acting like ‘Robots’! I am sure I speak for his many older customers by wishing him a long and happy retirement.
We hope his exemplary standards of personal service will endure and be copied in other local businesses.
