Film crews and actors arrive in Stroud town centre

Rumours had suggested that heart-throb George Clooney could have been filming in the Stroud town centre, as he has been filming recently near Ashton Keynes near Cirencester, Wiltshire, for a new film he is directing. 

But today’s crew are filming crew are there for Slow Horses, an apple TV show. 

Slow Horses – which stars Gary Oldman, Jack Lowden and Kristin Scott Thomas –  is a spy thriller television series based on the 2010 novel of the same name by Mick Herron.
