The Ebley bypass is closed this morning due to flooding caused by heavy rain yesterday.
Delays are expected on the A46 at Salmon Springs this morning as highways crews work there.
The road also flooded outside the Old Fleece pub last night.
Heavy rain has left deep standing water outside the pub on Rooksmoor Hill, North Woodchester last night.
Cars have broken down while attempting to drive along the road outside.
Pub owner Nick Beardsley said: “Whilst you need a boat to get to the Old Fleece it hasn’t stopped a full house this evening. Police have just arrived to assist the many cars broken down in the deep waters.”
Gloucestershire police say they have taken a lot of calls about flooding across the county.
A Tweet from their force control room stated: “Please DO be considerate of other drivers and pedestrians.
“DO NOT drive into large puddles.”
The M5 Northbound entry slip road at J11A has now reopened, as has the A38 at Berkeley.
