
A number of drivers have been caught speeding in Stroud this weekend.
PCSOs from the Stroud Neighbourhood Policing Team monitored Folly Lane, Bisley Old Road and Merrywalks.
They were using TRU CAM, which allows officers to carry out speed checks without the need to stop vehicles to issue a ticket.

The new high-tech camera automatically uploads vehicle information to a database, allowing fines to easily be sent to the owners’ address.
Seven drivers were caught this way over the weekend.
