Japanese restaurant YOKU opens at No. 131 in Cheltenham

A new Japanese restaurant has opened in Cheltenham.

YOKU opened on Friday at the No.131 hotel on the Promenade. The hotel is run by The Lucky Onion, owned by Superdry founder Julian Dunkerton and his fashion designer wife Jade Holland Cooper.

The ‘Tokyo-vogue’ restaurant has been inspired by Jade’s travels. It is said to embrace the Shun and Omakase traditions, to deliver seasonal ingredients combined with the art of collaboration from the chef to diner through personal interactions.
