Japanese and Korean street food vendor, Kyuri Sushi, have extended their lease after being there for just over two years.
Kyuri Sushi sells a wide range of traditional Japanese and Korean street food six days a week including late on a Friday for the night markets.
Bong Su Cha and his partner Bryony Harris pride themselves on having the best authentic food and recipes from Bong Su’s mother and Korean roots.
It is believed in Korean culture that food and medicine are grown from the same root therefore there is no better medicine than food!
Bong Su said: “My passion for high quality, freshly made authentic food has led to a successful, thriving business.
“I am really looking forward to the future with Kyuri Sushi and continuing to serve the people of Stroud.”
The team at Kyuri Sushi are also committed to providing recyclable and compostable takeaway packaging keeping not only the body healthy, but also the planet.
