A LOW hygiene rating was given to Prince Charles’ local pub near Tetbury.
The Cat and Custard Pot Inn, at Shipton Moyne, Tetbury, Gloucestershire was given a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating after assessment on March 4, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
The pub is found very near to Prince Charles’ Highgrove estate.
It is located in Shipton Moyne, near Tetbury.
The pub is said to be his royal highness’ favourite.
It was also frequented in the past by Princes William and Harry and became part of a string of rural pubs that made up the ‘royal Cotswold pub crawl’ in their days at Highgrove.
The Standard has asked the pub for a comment.
