Man charged with dangerous driving on school grounds

A 51-year-old man has appeared in court charged with dangerous driving on a school driveway.

David Baker, aged 51, of Severn Road, Stonehouse, is alleged to have carelessly driven a 4×4 at Archway School in Paganhill, Stroud on Wednesday, March 17 this year.

Baker appeared in front of the bench at Cheltenham Magistrates Court for his first hearing on Wednesday, September 29.

If found guilty, he could be hit with an unlimited fine, up to 11 points on his licence and a full disqualification from driving.

No plea has currently been entered.
