This man, who is aged in his 40s, was allegedly in possession of 0.1g of crack cocaine in Kelston Close, Yate, on Sunday, June 5.
The defendant is also charged with driving a Hyundai while under the influence of benzoylecgonine – cocaine.
He was allegedly driving in Rodford Way, Yate, having consumed 800 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood on Saturday, June 4.
The legal limit for cocaine is 10 micrograms per litre of blood.
This man, from the Yate area, was due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Thursday, March 23.
