Rockoy Christopher Watson, of Hardwicke, has been charged in connection with the wounding of another man inside The Gym Group at Gloucester Quays on Monday evening (March 20).
The victim, aged in his 20s, was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol and has since been discharged.
Watson was charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a pair of scissors after Monday’s incident.
The 28-year-old defendant was also faces two other charges in connection with a separate incident on Llanthony Road in Gloucester on Saturday, March 18.
Watson is next due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, April 14.
