Memory Cafe – based at the Pop Inn Café – launched on Friday, April 14.
It is a monthly social event for people with dementia and their carer.
The launch saw the dementia community come together, to enjoy refreshments and activities, including crafts and a quiz.
The Memory Café is open every first Friday of the month from 1.30pm until 3pm with the next one on Friday, May 5.
