A motorist was caught speeding in a Citroen on a dual-carriageway.
Jason Hoare aged 39, of Tarlton, near Cirencester, exceeded a 70 mph speed limit.
The incident took place on June 24 last year on the A417 Brockworth bypass, near Gloucester.
Hoare’s case was dealt with at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 3.
He was handed a £204 fine and must pay £90 costs plus a £81 victim fund surcharge.
The total of £375 must be paid by Tuesday, January 17.
Hoare was also given three penalty points on his driving licence.
