POPULAR National Express service will no longer be running from Stroud, according to the company’s website.
As of today, Monday, November 8, the National Express service that passed through Stroud has a new and updated timetable.
The bus 445 will still start at Hereford and go through both Gloucester and Cheltenham but not Stroud, as per the updated timetable, which has just taken into effect.
The new timetable means that there will now no longer be a bus which takes you from Stroud to London or return and residents will have to go to Gloucester in order to get to the capital by bus.
This bus service also went through Cirencester.
There are several bus services which take you to London from Gloucester on a daily basis.

A spokesperson for the National Express said:
“A number of services have recently been revised following a review of the current demand for travel. Unfortunately, this has resulted in Stroud no longer being on the network. We appreciate some people will be disappointed and although there are no immediate plans to reinstate the stop, we will keep this decision under review.”
