This will be the sixth shop opened by the family run butchers from Cirencester, joining their butchers and farm shops in the town as well as stores in Tetbury, Northleach and Burford.
The new food hall and eatery, set to open just before the August bank holiday weekend at Elkstone Studio, will have 40 car parking spaces.
Jesse Smith and W J Castle Butchers will have a butchery counter full of local meat and a deli counter with handmade pork pies, sausage rolls, local charcuterie and cheeses.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view the meat dry ageing room through a special viewing window. There will also be chillers full of handmade pies and meals made in their Cirencester production kitchen.
KNEAD Bakery will be offering their usual cakes and patisseries, already on sale at their bakeries in Tetbury and Cirencester, alongside the opportunity to taste a wider menu with take away and dine in options.
Both indoor and heated outdoor seating will be available, set in a lavender and olive tree lined courtyard.
“The Food Hall and Eatery is designed to be a different shopping experience, where you can sit and have lunch with a glass of wine and also browse the food hall,” a spokesperson said.
The space will also be available for hire for celebrations and parties.
