“We aim to make the four licensing objectives the centre of all our planning.
“We will hold monthly meetings from the moment the licence is granted and set up again various groups for Health and Safety, Stewardship, Children’s Welfare.
“Being our sixth year we have a much larger group of ably qualified people wanting to help out this time.
“We will again work with the SAG team in ensuring a truly inclusive and safe event.
“Noise levels will be monitored using a decibel counter and we will agree noise levels with Stroud District Council and the police.
“The event will close at 9.30pm promptly.
“Stewards will also patrol the surrounding area and ensure people are not causing a nuisance in the local area.
“We will organise buses to transport people to the site as parking around the site will not be permitted other than for people with a disability.
“There will be a park and ride system.”
