Thames Water have arrived at the scene and are working hard to bring about a solution.
About the incident, the Thames Water website said: “Our specialist engineers have now arrived in GL7 and are working hard to get your water supply back to normal as quickly as possible.
“As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
“We’re really sorry if this has disrupted your day.
“We know this has happened at an especially difficult time and we understand the concerns you may have.
“We’ve answered the most common customer questions about coronavirus , including how we can provide extra help to those who need it most. We’re regularly updating these FAQs with the latest information and advice.
