Phoebe who was reported missing from Stroud over the weekend on Saturday.
Gloucestershire police said they were ‘pleased’ to say that Phoebe had been has been found safe and well by officers from the Metropolitan Police.
The force would like to thank everyone who shared the previous appeal or submitted information on her whereabouts.
