
AN ALERT has been sent out after raids on a property and also a garden centre near Stroud.
Yesterday, a resident in Cotswold Road, Cashes Green, was woken up at 2.30am by the dog.
When the resident looked out of the window they saw a male trying to gain entry to their property.
He walked away when disturbed.
The padlocks of a garden centre were cut open in Haresfield, Stonehouse.
A hole was then smashed into the wall – a generator, two tool boxes and a trench wacker were stolen.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 5pm on Tuesday and 7am on Wednesday.
Finally, on Tuesday night, a catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle parked in the Old Ends Lane car park in Stonehouse.
Anyone with information about these incidents should report it to the police on 101.
