The A419 in Cirencester is closed this afternoon following a serious crash.
The incident occurred on the A419 Stroud Road at around 1.40pm. Two vehicles were involved.
Emergency services remain at the scene adn the road has been shut between the A429 Tetbury Road roundabout and the Royal Agricultural University.
It is expected to remain closed for a number of hours and drivers are being asked to plan their route in advance and avoid the area.
