A 45-YEAR-OLD man from Stow-on-the-Wold has been fined for being drunk and disorderly at a Cotswold garden centre.
James Black, of Wraggs Row, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 30.
The court heard how Black was drunk and disorderly at Fosseway Garden Centre on October 27.
He was conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £22.
