An anti-social behaviour injunction, issued at Bristol Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday, April 12 and is to last for 12 months, bans the troublemaker from locations including Yate Shopping Centre and from engaging in upsetting behaviour.
It means the boy cannot go to Yate Shopping Centre, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, Patchway or Bristol city centre unless accompanied by the youth offending team, a social worker, mentor or his parents.
He is also banned from being in public with more than two people unless they are the same as mentioned above and is banned from being with a named individual in public.
The boy can be arrested without a warrant if he breaches any of these conditions.
