The White Hart – a pub and bed and breakfast in Leonard Stanley, near Stroud – shut on Sunday evening, according to a social media post.
“So here we are as many of you now know the White Hart pub and b&b will close its doors tonight,” read the post.
“I had the pleasure of managing here for the last year.
“I have met some amazing people had some wonderful staff all of whom I shall miss greatly.
“After a few tears tonight I just want to thank everyone who supported not only the pub but also me.
“Until we all meet again.”
