TWO flashers from Stroud appeared before magistrates last month for baring all in public.
Katherine Botchett, aged 45, of the Old Common, Chalford, was convicted on September 13 for exposing her genitals on December 9 last year after entering a plea of not guilty in April.
The defendant was further convicted of assaulting a man by beating on the same day, to which she also entered a plea of not guilty in April.
Botchett appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday.
The bench also heard that Botchett called the Gloucestershire Constabulary control room and threatened to ‘stab and slit the throat of a neighbour’ on the same date, for which she was convicted on March 1.
She admitted breaching the Communications Act 2003 by using words which were offensive or menacing.
Botchett will be sentenced at a later date for the offences, which all occurred in Stroud.
Elliot Paget, aged 47, of Capel Court, Stroud appeared at the same court earlier in the month after being convicted of exposing his genitals to the public on June 15 in Stroud.
Paget indicated a guilty plea in July to a charge under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The case was adjourned while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
