AN UPDATE has been provided after a serious collision near Cirencester yesterday, Monday.
Emergency services were at the scene of a serious collision on the A435 in the Rendcomb area which happened shortly before 1.15pm yesterday Monday, July 4.
Closures were in place on a stretch of the A435 between Colesbourne and Rendcomb after police were called to a single-vehicle collision involving a car.
Police have since provided an update.
“The driver of the car was taken to Southmead Hospital with serious injuries.
“The road reopened at around 10.30pm last night.”
