Joanna Farndale, 49, of Strachans Close, Cainscross is alleged to have caused £50 worth of damage on November 28 last year after red graffiti was sprayed.
This was contrary to the Criminal Damage Act 1971.
Police were called to the address in King Street at around 9am last year.
The vandalism appears to be human rights related with red writing reading: “Enough is enough. Where’s Baillie? Get the Tories out. Voted against people, human rights.”
The case is due to be heard at Cheltenham Magistrates today, Thursday (March 16).
